4-8-2004: ECM was kind enough to put my frame sliders on for free! Thanks, folks. I put my swingarm spools on myself. My case guards and steering damper are in. I am waiting on the clip-ons. Soon, I'll order SS lines. Hopefully, Steve will be able to come over for a work party to help me install all this stuff.
7-18-2004 ECM had a dyno day, so I brought my bike. The spark plug lead wasn't attached, so I don't have torque or rpm figures, but it registered 96 hp. Just ahead of me on the dyno was a 2004 R6 with a Micon high-mount and a PowerCommander. It pulled 99 hp. After me was a ZZR-1200 that cranked out 135 hp!
